Sovah Health Cancer Centers offer both radiation treatment and chemotherapy services. Hematology services are also provided for patients with certain blood disorders. Sovah Health offers routine screenings and same-day diagnostic mammograms as well as a comprehensive range of diagnostic breast imaging services at the Sovah Imaging Center in a warm, welcoming environment. 3D mammography is also available.

Beginning with early detection from cancer screenings to diagnosis, treatment and recovery follow-up, Sovah Health and our two outpatient imaging centers, provide the technology necessary for evaluating cancer in your body. From our board certified and fellowship-trained radiologists to various accreditations, quality of the interpretation and imaging service is a priority. We use the Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) which provides the referring physician access to the imaging pictures and results of testing within minutes of radiologist interpretation.
Our full-range of imaging procedures include: Diagnostic X-Ray, 2D/3D Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Computed Tomography (CT), Ultrasound, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and Interventional Radiology (IR). Each of these tools plays a unique role in diagnosis and staging of cancer. To confirm cancer, samples of the tissue are obtained by a variety of methods using the latest technology and procedures available by our skilled radiologists and/or surgeons. The samples are then sent to the pathology department for testing.
All laboratory services for Sovah Health are performed by our team of certified clinical laboratory staff in certified medical laboratories. Our experienced lab, histology and cytology staff provides efficient, rapid analysis for evaluation by our clinical staff.
