That's why we have implemented the 20 in 20 Employee Referral Bonus Program with the goal of strengthening our team by adding 20 new employees in the next 20 days. The program will begin on Tuesday, February 8th and run until Monday, February 28th. All LifePoint employees are elegible for referral bonuses!
To be eligible for a referral bonus, you must: be a LifePoint employee, refer a qualifying candidate to apply, and have them list your name on their application. It’s as simple as that!
When a referred candidate is hired, the referring employee will receive a referral bonus up to $10,000 to be paid out over four installments.
To make things even better; there are no cap limitations! So, if an employee refers 10 RNs that accept employment for a 2-year commitment they can earn up to $100,000 in recruitment bonuses!
